About Angelette
Raised by a family of entrepreneurs, Angelette is constantly thinking outside the box to generate buzz through creative brand messaging, storytelling, and publicity. Raised in the DC region, she became a Florida transplant after graduating from the University of South Florida. Here she launched a communications and branding firm (AMG) in 2006 as a subsidiary of a worldwide management consulting business (MSGI Corp) where she also served as VP of Marketing & Communications. Her long term clients were in the sports, entertainment, political, and commercial industries where she has generated approximately $1 million in earned media.
Aviles is also a respected source for commentary as a speaker, panelist, in the media, or as a paid columnist, and has appeared on FNC's Fox & Friends, Univision, the Associated Press, Fox-13, The Times, and for a couple years was a regular guest on the weekly political talk show, Florida this Week.
Currently, she is a Talk News Radio host at Hearst Communication's WBAL-1090am & FM 101.5 in Baltimore.
While still in Florida, Aviles also served as a gubernatorial appointee for the Early Learning Coalition Board of Hillsborough County, overseeing an $80 million budget for early education programs which fed into the 8th largest US school district.

After relocating back to the DC region in 2009, she served as a gubernatorial appointee on the Commission of Hispanic Affairs, contributed to Newt Gingrich Communications' The Americano, and was a paid columnist with the Baltimore Sun/Capital Gazette. In 2016, she temporarily left to Japan, to support her husband's aeronautical engineering endeavors, where she continued to provide services to clients remotely from overseas and lead a non-profit/member-driven all women's organization with global representation (CCEA of Nagoya). During her tenure as President she increased revenue by 20% within 6 months and doubled its annual charitable contributions.

Upon her return to the US in 2018, she served 2 roles within Stand Together's network organizations, most recently as Director of Brand for AFPF's Grassroots Leadership Academy (GLA). During her 5 years here, she had numerous accomplishments. Aviles increased social media engagement, reach, and maintained an above industry standard of engagement per post with a 95th percentile ranking in Meta's benchmark analysis. She also produced multiple storytelling videos, several short docu-series for LIBRE Institute and AFPF, several of which generated the highest reach and engagement in LIBRE’s 11 year history (see Portfolio). And lastly, produced an E-Book that also lead to trainings for community leaders titled, "Elevate Your Brand to Influence Others."

On her free time, she is with family, babysitting her grand-puppy, riding her adventure motorcycle on and off road, and is a featured co-host on MotorcycleDestinations.com (YouTube).
